ABT DESIGNS is an interior design firm that specializes in high-end residential and commercial design. The philosophy of Abt Designs is to create sophisticated, functional and high quality interiors that reflect the clients' personalities and lifestyles. Each project is custom tailored and unique to the client's needs, with a strong emphasis on architectural elements, efficient lighting and luxurious comfortable furnishings.
Gunilla Abt established her firm in 2003 after graduating from George Washington University. She has managed projects for over a decade with numerous reputable design firms within the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.
Gunilla Abt is NCIDQ certified and carries interior design licenses in both Washington, DC and Maryland. Gunilla spends her summers near Stockholm, Sweden, exploring and developing new design techniques and acquiring Swedish antiques for her personal collection and future clients.
